Good Highland Food provided the catering for our wedding at Achnagairn in August. Both Mike and Yvonne from the start were so incredibly lovely and helpful. They helped us design a menu with our preferences and nothing was ever too much trouble. This is a company that is so professional but at the same time so personal, so you get the best of both worlds. When it came to the food all we can say is Wow, the food was absolutely stunning and delicious and on par with any top restaurant out there. You know the food must be good when every single guest at the wedding commented on how good it was. Mike and Yvonne catered for both the Friday night before the wedding and the Saturday the day of the wedding and not only was the food exceptional but so was the service that they provided. When helping our son and his fiance plan their wedding last summer we all agreed that wedding breakfast leaves lasting impressions and that ours should be as memorable as possible.
We chose Good Highland Food because we had heard excellent reports and knew that they had catered for weddings in Clashmore's Carnegie Hall before and understood its quirks. Though not my decision, I had also come across the company when working at Aldourie Castle and at business events elsewhere and been very impressed.
When we arrived at the Hall after the wedding ceremony everything worked like clockwork. Yvonne and her staff oversaw the drinks and bar, served the food calmly and professionally, and cleared everything away with minimal fuss. They were warm and friendly and their customer care couldn't have been better.
However, most memorable of all was the food. Creating a meal on time and perfectly synchronised for around 60 people in a village hall was in itself remarkable. Creating such a fantastic meal - especially the venison - was phenomenal.
Five months later guests are still talking about the food and we cannot praise Good Highland Food strongly enough.

Chrissy and I hired The Good Highland Food Company to cater for our small wedding of 22 people. We asked them to provide breakfast, lunch, canapés, wedding breakfast and an evening platter of cheeses and meats.
